Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data systems, generating timely and accurate reports, and providing insights to drive operational efficiency and decision-making across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, manage, and analyze supply chain data from multiple sources.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to inventory, order flow, delivery performance, and manpower productivity.
• Create dashboards and KPIs for tracking operational performance.
• Monitor deviations, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the operations team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, transport, finance, HR) to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
• Automate routine reports using Excel macros, Power Query, or BI tools.
• Support in the preparation of business reviews, forecasting, and planning.
• Ensure data integrity and handle data reconciliation in ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Provide ad-hoc data support and analysis as requested by leadership.
• Maintain documentation of reports, data processes, and SOPs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in fast-paced logistics or e-commerce environments.
• Ability to manage multiple reports and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with SQL or basic scripting (added advantage).
• Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs and metrics.
