Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls to generate leads for personal loans, credit card sales, and banking services.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct cold calling campaigns to identify potential customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Proficiency in speaking Kannada, Telugu, Marathi languages (preferably).
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, credit cards, etc.
- Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexibility for night shifts (if required).
