Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly targets for consumer finance products such as two-wheeler loans, automobile loans, personal loans, and durable loans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in consumer finance or related field (consumer durables, consumer electronics, showroom sales).
- Strong understanding of consumables industry dynamics including pricing strategies and product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
