Job Description:

Responsibility Assigned

  • Attend and Service the requirements of all Managed Customers visiting at the Branch
  • Assist RMs in servicing the Managed Customer Base in their portfolios
  • Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behavior of Managed Customers
  • Liasoning with various departments to cater the service requirements of the client
  • Handling escalations of Managed Customers for their service requirements
  • Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Profile Updation , Re KYC completion , PAN and contact details updation
  • Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiatives
  • Handle Clearing Referrals for Managed Customers
  • Assisting RMs with Form filling / completion of documentation for processing of Customer instructions including LC/ BG / Forex transaction documentation
  • Resolve Customer complaints received at Branch for Managed Customers.
  • Action on Band 1 and Band 2 Customer base
  • Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking/ E-Net, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email Statements etc as per customer profile / needs / preference
  • Contribute effectively to branch sales through inbound interactions / references / Lobby customers
