Job Description:
- Vertical Digital Sales (E-Channel)
- Designation: Customer Relationship Executive
- Process: 100% Voice | outbound Calling
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience Letter is Mandatory
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 6 months & above experience in Outbound Sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Only Sales background candidates required
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Call existing customers who have visited our website (warm leads)
- Understand customer requirements and explain insurance products
- Sell insurance policies and close sales effectively
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship
Note:
Candidates with Collection or Customer Service experience will NOT be accepted
Shift Timings & Week Offs:
- Rotational Shifts: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift)
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
SALARY PACKAGE:
