Note:

Skill Set :

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
• Active participation in team building activities.
• Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs. with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
• Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines within agreed timelines, with an objective to meet SLA
• Ensure the defined performance parameters are met and exceeded within guidelines, policies agreed.
• Should have degree in banking or financial services domain.
• Identifying and resolving fraud issues & Mortgage.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, collaborating & time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of fraud trends and patterns.
• Intermittent knowledge in MS Excel & Power point
• Good communication
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently.
