Oracle EBS:(Job Description)
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle EBS)
- Design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS applications.
- Document system designs, business processes, and development tasks. Generate and submit reports using various reporting tools.
- Knowledge of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, authentication systems, log management, content filtering
- Experience in technical specifications and design, Oracle forms, reports, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX, and with supporting Oracle EBS R12 and integrations using Java technologies
Networking:(Job Description)
- Network engineer is responsible for day-to-day Delivery & operation work organization network. Should manage LAN, WAN, Firewall, monitoring tools
- Strong understanding of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
- Strong understanding of various switching protocols like STP, RSTP, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, link-aggregation.
- Strong understanding of various tunnel like GRE, IPSEC, NAT & ACL.
- Knowledge on virtual-router, routing-instances, IPSec Tunnels.
- Skilled in creating High-Level Design (HLD) of network diagram in Visio or draw.io
- Experience in firewall (Juniper, Fortinet, CISCO ASA)

Success Factors:
- Assist with the gathering and analysis of client requirements for SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementations.
- Create and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configurations.
- Configure and test SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Provide training to end users on SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules.
- Need to have hands on experience on SAP Success Factors – EC/RM/TM methodologies.
