Job Profile
Resolve customer queries through voice calls
Mandatory Criteria
Minimum Higher Secondary Pass
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Basic verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with no major MTI
Candidates should not have attended any Tech Mahindra interview in the last 3 months
Customer-oriented mindset
No planned leave for the first 3 months after joining
5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
10-hour shift per day comprising 9 working hours and 1-hour break
Interview Process
HR Round General Screening
Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
Operations Round – General Assessment
Voice Versant Test (V3 and above)
Compensation
CTC for Freshers: 2,05,830 per annum
CTC for Experienced Candidates: 2,30,530 per annum (minimum 12 months of BPO experience)
Monthly Take-Home Salary:
Freshers: 12,442 per month
Experienced: 14,501 per month
Training
Training may be conducted during the night shift
Shift Timings
Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations
Night shifts may be applicable during training
