Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) to design, build, test, and implement unique business applications.
- Work together with IT teams and business users to collect and evaluate requirements.
- To increase operational efficiency, use Power Automate to create automated workflows and processes.
- Use Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that offer useful insights.
- Connect Power Platform solutions to third-party systems and other Microsoft 365 services, including as Teams, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.
- Offer best practices and technical advice for the development and administration of Power Platforms.
- Diagnose, fix, and enhance current Power Platform solutions.
- Keep track of user manuals, technical requirements, and solution designs.
- Keep abreast of market developments and the most recent Power Platform features.
Required Qualifications:
- a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- shown proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents on the Microsoft Power Platform.
- strong familiarity with data integration techniques, Common Data Service (Dataverse), and Power Platform connections.
- familiarity with the Dynamics 365 integration, Teams, and SharePoint components of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of scripting languages like Power Fx, JavaScript, or C#.
- strong knowledge of REST services and API integration.
- the capacity to cooperate with both technical and business teams.
- strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- certifications in Microsoft Power Platform (such as PL-100, PL-200, and PL-400).
- familiarity with Scrum and Agile approaches.
- understanding of database design principles and data modelling.
- familiarity with Power Virtual Agents chatbot development or AI Builder.
