Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- 100% Field Job – Target Driven
- Acquisition of Savings/Current a/c from Open Market via canopy activity, Umbrella activity, cold calling, References etc.
- Work for cross buy of financial product from mapped book-LI/GI/SIP/PL/FD from existing customer portfolio, work on the area mapped and achieve assigned target.
- Cross-sells bank products to existing set of branch customers, which are mapped
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements further to expand the banking relationship. - Plans and conducts special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless access to other products.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation qualification in any stream
- Applicants with min. 1 year of experience, currently working in sales roles can apply.
- BIKE is MANDATORY with VALID LICENSE (License proof to be carried during interview)
Age Criteria : Maximum 28 Years of age for M1 (Assistant Manager) grade. - Note: Candidates need to carry updated CV and to be in formals only.
- Good Communication Skills
- Comfortable working in a full fledged sales profile/NTB Acquisition
