Job Description:
- Product knowledge: Understanding of the products or services offered by SSL.
- Industry knowledge: Should be experienced in broking / BFSI industry
- Experience with specific live chat platforms: Familiarity with the company’s preferred live chat software (e.g., Cogno).
- Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally in a written format.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education : Graduation
- Ability to work flexible hours
- 1-2 Years in customer service Stock broking- Chat Process Experience is mandatory
