1. Quality Inspector:

  • Candidates should have knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing, Handling instruments & inspection methods for receiving, inprocess & final inspections, Calibrated instruments process & stamping activities.
  • Good knowledge on RCCA, CAPA, 7QC tools, GD&T, Kaizen, Calibration & handling Internal Audits.
  • Adherence to Quality Management System in accordance with AS9100 & AS9102 requirements.

2. CNC Machine Operator:

  • Hands-on experience in handling CNC/VMC (3 axis & 5 axis) machines.
  • Good Experience in controllers like Siemens, Eckelmann, Super control, Fanuc etc.
  • Knowledge on Machine OEE, Poka Yoke, RCCA, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing
