Job Description:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for global customer handling.
- Strong Analytical and diagnostic ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issues.
- Provide technical support for a full range of technology products, including troubleshooting, guiding users, and answering ‘how-to’ questions.
- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
- Respond to any disruption of service issues
- Handling escalations and managing irate customers effectively.
