Job Description:
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Knowledge of Salesforce query languages SOQL and SOSL
- Experience building Flows and Process Builders
- Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge management, Omnichannel
- Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
- Salesforce development experience using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch APEX, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of connecting Informatica to Salesforce is a plus
- Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.
- In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with a good understanding of business processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements & map them to IT solutions.
- Good understanding and experience of modern software development methodologies.
- Understanding of software test methodologies and experience with testing automation tools is a plus
- Sound business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent consulting skills, self-confident
