Job Description:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Knowledge of Salesforce query languages SOQL and SOSL
  • Experience building Flows and Process Builders
  • Experience with Service Cloud, Knowledge management, Omnichannel
  • Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, MuleSoft, third-party integration tools, and ETL with Salesforce.
  • Salesforce development experience using APEX, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch APEX, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Knowledge of connecting Informatica to Salesforce is a plus
  • Salesforce point and click configuration using workflows, validation rules, sales process setup, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards.
  • In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities, and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with a good understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to understand business requirements & map them to IT solutions.
  • Good understanding and experience of modern software development methodologies.
  • Understanding of software test methodologies and experience with testing automation tools is a plus
  • Sound business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent consulting skills, self-confident
