Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent service.
- Provide product information, answer questions about products/services offered by the company.
- Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling relevant products/services based on customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
- ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS
- 1year of experience is required in only in International Voice

Shifts:
- 5 days working 2week off.
- Work From Office.
- 2 way cab.
- Work location – Hitech city.
