Job Description:
- As a Voice Process Executive, your key responsibilities include handling inbound and/or outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or service requests in a professional manner.
- You will be expected to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, escalate complex problems when necessary, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, you will update customer records in the system, follow communication scripts when needed, and meet daily performance targets related to call quality, handling time, and customer feedback.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Ability to handle customer calls politely and professionally
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends (if required)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
