Experience Requirement:
- Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Prior exposure to US Healthcare, Claims, Appeals & Grievances will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Any graduate from any stream is eligible.
Industry Background:
- Experience in US Healthcare Payer Side is required.
- A mix of payer and provider background is acceptable.
- Only provider-side experience is not eligible.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Claims or Appeals & Grievances.
- Good communication and process understanding aligned with A&G operations.
Operational Details:
- Shift Timing: US Shift
- Working Days: 5 days working with 2 days week off
- Cab Facility: One-way drop available within a 30 km radius
