Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production planning, logistics) to ensure seamless order execution.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to orders, inventory management, or supply chain disruptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving complaints efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in SAP SD module (Sales & Distribution).
• Strong understanding of SAP s/4HANA implementation projects.
• Proficiency in managing complex business processes using SAP SD tools such as Order Management, Inventory Control, Sales Planning etc.
