Job Description:
Role & responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of the Order to Cash (OTC) cycle with specialization in Billing, Collections & Dispute Management, and Deduction handling.
- Experienced in managing endtoend billing processes, from invoice creation to issuance and generation of corresponding receivables.
- Skilled in designing and configuring billing workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoice processing.
- Proficient in validating sales orders, pricing, billing terms, tax rules, and accounting impacts before invoice generation.
- Capable of managing customer billing disputes and deductions, performing rootcause analysis, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensures invoice accuracy, adherence to financial policies, and supports smooth revenue recognition processes.
- Collaborates with sales, finance, and project teams to maintain accurate billing data and ensure seamless OTC operations.
