Job Description:

• 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a PEGA Developer.
• Strong proficiency in PEGA PRPC / PEGA Platform with experience in case management, workflows, and rule development.
• Design, develop, and enhance PEGA applications based on business requirements.
  Hands-on experience with PEGA rules, activities, data pages, decision tables, and UI components.
• Experience in debugging and optimizing PEGA applications to ensure performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain PEGA integrations using REST/SOAP services, JMS, and file-based interfaces.
• Work closely with business analysts, QA, and architects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and OpenShift.
• Familiarity with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring tools such as PEGA logs and Splunk.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and best-practice implementations.
• Experience in the Healthcare Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
