Job Description:
We are hiring Field Recruiters to support high-volume hiring across our operational hubs. If you have experience in recruiting for delivery, warehouse, or other frontline roles we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Hiring: Handle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for roles like Delivery Associates and Warehouse Staff.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with local vendors to ensure manpower availability as per timelines.
- Field Sourcing: Visit colleges, job fairs, hotspots, and local areas to bring in walk-in candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Manage documentation, ID creation, and background checks for new joiners.
- Track Hiring Numbers: Maintain daily reports on hiring closures, joining ratios, and no-shows.
- Ops Coordination: Work with Operations teams to plan for peak manpower needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in field hiring or blue/grey-collar recruitment.
- Skills: Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Travel: Must be open to travel within city/region for sourcing and onboarding.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred due to frequent field visits and nature of operational sites.
