Job Description:

Role & responsibilities

• Expected to do high-quality stream of research output in the form of construction project profiles.
• The main job role will include tracking down the newly announced projects, updating the existing project
• database, and handling client queries as per the requirement.
• Good written and spoken communication skill is must.
• The primary research (Calling) is a key part of the job profile and candidates are expected to speak to key
• players in the construction industry across the globe as per project to project requirement.
• The calling time may accounts to ~40% of the days time. The candidates should be proactive and willing to accept the new challenges or additional work that may come across once in a while.

Preferred candidate profile

• Working Knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, comprehension, and precision
• Proactive attitude
• Self-motivated, with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Good verbal, and written communication skills
