Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support Role:

• Troubleshoot moderately complex hardware/software/application issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide resolution and assistance.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for case handling and documentation.
