Job Description:

• Should have good communication to handle end-users / Customers from GAR, GER and AMR ( Global )
• Should be from service desk, VOICE background, handling end user/ customer for technical and have done troubleshooting on hardware and software related issues with specifically laptops and desktops.
• Looking for candidates with proficiency and hands-on experience in the following Microsoft 365 tools
• Outlook Efficient email communication and calendar scheduling.
• OneNote Structured note-taking and information organization.
• Access (PC only) – Database creation, management, and reporting.
• OneDrive – Secure cloud storage and file synchronization (up to 1 TB).
• SharePoint – Document management, team collaboration, and intranet solutions.
• Exchange Online – Enterprise-grade email hosting and calendaring.
• Microsoft Teams – Real-time chat, virtual meetings, and team collaboration.
• Excel – Advanced spreadsheet operations, data analysis,and visualization.
• PowerPoint – Professional presentation design and delivery.

Also should have basic knowledge on the below

• Task Manager – Monitor system performance, processes, and startup apps.
• Event Viewer – View detailed logs for system events and troubleshooting.
• Device Manager – Manage hardware devices and drivers.
• Disk Management – Partition and format drives.
• Windows PowerShell / Terminal – Advanced command-line interface for automation and scripting.
