Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.
• Enhance focus and improve quality in the Agri gold loan business.
• Source new customers to the bank, contributing to the expansion of the client base.
• Monitoring of Gold Loan operations at the branch.
• Manage Gold Loan customers by explaining product features, handling queries, and ensuring proper documentation.
• Generate prospective leads through farmer meetings, portfolios, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
• Monitor and maintain Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, Special Mention Accounts (SMA), and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) for Gold Loans.
• Ensure recovery and upgradation of SMA/NPA Jewel Loans, including timely coordination of Jewel auctions.
• Cross-sell and upsell other banking products to existing and new clients.
• Support Jewel Loan audit inspections and ensure timely file closure.
• Adhere to all regulatory, statutory, and internal bank policy guidelines to ensure process compliance.
