Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of products such as Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, and HNI Client Handling.
  • Identify new business opportunities by acquiring new customers for Current Account, Savings Account, Retail Liabilities, and other liability products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions for their financial requirements.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in retail banking or related field (preferably).
  • Strong knowledge of current account, fixed deposits, mutual funds, portfolio management, retail liabilities, saving accounts, and other liability products.
