Job Description:

• The SAP Basis Analyst is an entry level engineering role, responsible for providing a support and monitoring managed service for clients’ Packaged Application technologies such as ERP, Middleware and other business critical software environments.
• This role proactively identifies, investigates, and resolves Application-based incidents, service requests and alerts. The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions.
• The SAP Basis Analyst focuses on first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents and service requests to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of clients’ Application infrastructure and services.
