Job Description:

  1. Composite Technician:

Education qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience range required: (3-6) years

  • Minimum of three years of experience in composite fabrication
  • composite materials, techniques, and tooling.
  • Composite Manufacturing or equivalent certification or training in cable and Airframe manufacturing
  • Experience with aircraft or defence platform Composite and Mechanical integration

2. Battery Operator:

Education qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience range required: (2-3) years

  • Understanding Electrical instruments; its Fundamentals
  • Using Measuring Instruments (power supply, mulitmeter, load tester..CRO
    High-Voltage Safety Protocol.
  • Component Knowledge
  • Knowledge on BMS;

3. Supplier Liasoning:

Education qualification: Diploma

Experience range required: (3-6) years

  • Quality Tools: Statistical Process Control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Process Validation.
  • Quality Systems: Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  • Process Improvement: Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis, quality metrics, and relevant software (e.g., Excel)

4. Tooling:

Education qualification: ITI / Diploma

Experience range required: (2-3) years

  • operations of CNC machining
  • different machine operation knowledge w.r.t composite; (FARO ARM knowledge is preferred)
