Job Description (Pune):

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com or similar
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
• Candidates must have a registered EP ID
• Candidates must carry a copy of their updated resume
• It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of TCS application form during the drive
• Please carry 2 Photocopies of original Aadhar or PAN card
• Candidates must carry a passport size photo

Experience Required:

• 1 to 6 Years of experience in Finance & Accounting process
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation
• Experience in preparing various month end activities like journals, (accrual, provisions, etc.), reporting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
• Preparation of SLA reports
• Ensure all queries are dealt with and escalated where necessary
• Works beyond the roles boundaries to be able to support the whole function as and when required
• Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines

Job Qualification:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce

Technical Skills:

• Excellent Domain Knowledge
• ERP – SAP would be an added advantage.
• MS Office proficient
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Blackline Recon Tool (preferred)

Soft Skills:

• Good communication skills

• Ability to think creatively, proactive, and self-motivated

Job Description (Indore):

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent Comm skill (verbal /Written)
• Chat Exp in the previous Roles, Good Typing skills
• 24 / 7 environment including Nightshift and weekends
• Work Location – TCS Offices operating in Chennai or at Indore locations

Good to have:

• Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk
• Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets
• Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge
• Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products
• Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
