Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable professionals to join our Healthcare Process team. This role involves patient interaction, appointment booking, and explaining healthcare packages with clarity and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as per business requirements
- Book appointments for patients and explain healthcare packages in detail.
NOTE: CANDIDATES ABOVE OR EQUAL TO THE AGE OF 30 ARE NOT ELIGILBLE.
Work Schedule
- 5-day working with 2 split week offs
- Rotational shifts for male employees
- Day rotational shifts for female employees
- No cab facility provided
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of regional languages such as Telugu, Hindi, Odia, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, Gujrati is preferred
